Well it's been long enough and i'm very dissapointed. It seems Hardly anybody actually expressed interest to help Hellbound. I'm very grateful for what those of you who did post have said and I'll take your opinions into great consideration. I'm going to be making changes now, but here's basically the outline of what I'm going to be doing.

-I'm going to set up new, more NA centered requirements for the clan.
-Immediately after that I'm going BOOT almost all of the members in Hb. Yes, i'm going to kick you out of the clan most likely.
-But don't worry I'll definitely accept any ex-members back into the clan as soon as you wish to join and you fulfill the new requirements (and even if you're not in the clan you can still come to the chatbox whenever you want of course!)

-After i've done this, that's when I'll start rebuilding the clan.
-I will host Hellbound Recruitment tourneys and GFX recruitment battles.
-I'll also try to advertise the clan in as many ways possible (which I haven't entirely thought of yet)

-Once we have a substantial number of members, I'll create a council which will lead the clan. The council will run the entire clan. I will be a council member.
-I will also start playing NA and become more active on NB, Hellbound must have leaders who are active in what the clan is about.

-making the clan a community may be in the future, but that's something we'll worry about later.


THE COUNCIL:
The council will consist of a certain number of dedicated and skilled members from the clan. They will decide all the major changes in hellbound. They will also reform the clan once again after we've grown a bit more. The changes I'm making now WILL be changed by the council. This is only temporary in order to revive the clan.

Not that I'm mad, hell I'm happy something is getting done, but wasn't I supposed to "help"? I mean I was psyched to finally do something for the clan. Were'nt a few other members supposed to help too? I know I've been a tad unactive lately, but that doesn't mean I don't want to help. I know it sounds greedy, but I truthfully don't give a shit. I mean I don't care if I get booted, but I'd still like to help in some crap, if any is to get done.

The ideas of those who actually cared enough to post were mostly the same, so there's many starting points after the booting Hawk.

This was thrust upon me too suddenly though Hawk. I love HB, but I'm getting booted?I mean I dabbl in N-A every once in a while. I havn't GFX'd anything for a few months which knocks the other way to get in out. It'd be better to talk this out in a chat so I'll leave it at that.

Also I know I sound a tad selfish just because I personally don't meet the reqs, but I know what I say. I know a lot of us feel this way, or I'm a generalizing asshole, either way I'd rather not get booted. I can say though that I understand a need for this, it's basically what's needed most. Good. Active. Members. Emerging. GAME. HB needs GAME.
